Oil??
What is the max cam/ spring pressure you could use on the fallowing oils? Flat tappet cams
Witch would be best??
Shell rotella t triple protection
Mobil delvac 1300 super.
Accel sf 10w-40
Accel SAE 30 non detergent sf

You use whatever spring pressure that the cam manufactureer recommends. The oil isn't factored into that.

Read the first post - there's not one but a bunch. If you're running a flat-tappet cam, you need an oil with sufficient ZDDP.
I don't think anyone's going to give you a spring open/closed pressure that is going to be OK with oil that doesn't have that.

Phil is using a roller cam set up and you are asking about flat tappet cams.
Very different oil requirements.
