vacuum problem
'69 350/350. Headlight doors open and close every time but they are slow and sometimes hesitate before completing their cycle. Windshield wiper door raises only about one inch and then I need to help it manually. Same with closing the wiper door. Wipers work fine when the door is opened completely but they are of course electric.
What is the most likely cause.....I know there can be multiple causes.
