You can open the picture in something like Paint and shrink it.
If you send me the picture I can do it for you.
Also, there is a section on the forum specifically for testing photos and stuff. Just FYI.

I really want to learn to do this myself. I'll practice in the practice area.
I use to use img src and then set the size. Just have to research the syntax a little.

Here's a couple of different sizes. The first is just resized to half and the second is cropped and resised. I used a free program called Irfanview, you can get it at http://www.irfanview.com
