Lights on all the time
Heres one for you....my parking lights, dash lights and gauge lights are on all the time with the ignition on but they are on dimmly....when I turn the headlights on they go on to normal brightness.....during the day you can not see them on but at night you can see they are light up....now my question is my headlight switch does not dim the dash lights when i turn the control **** and will not turn on the dome light...is it possible that the switch is bad causing a small amount of power to the parking lights all the time?....any info would be helpful....Thanks

I would certainly start with the headlamp switch, the rheostat could be broken!
It could be a short back feeding voltage and with you saying the lights are dim this could very well be the problem. The only way your going to find out is to tear in and start testing wires or look for an obvious sign.
