Default '76 at Saskatoon car show, WOW!

Over the Easter break, my wife and I went to a car show in Saskatoon, Sask. Canada.
While at the show I saw a beautiful two tone gray '76 with a red interior. The engine
looked stock, and the paint was done like a pacecar. It was so clean and so classy
looking, that I couldn't help but go back to it several times.

If any of you Canadian forum members might know who the owner is, please let me know.
I could not locate the person at the show.

Keep those vettes goin' to the shows, I get tired of looking at Camaro's and Cudas.

Drive On,
TJ

Unfortunately not all people with sweet cars use the forum. My father-in-law has a very nice 76 and has been a gear head all his life....but although I tell him how cool the forum is all the time (to check out other peoples rides, get help, etc)....it doesn't seem to interest him much. Just not in to web stuff.

Yes I saw the Car at the show It's from Calgary I believe. You should have let me Know you were coming to the show. We probably were standing looking at it together. Last years show Had a father son 76 & 77 combo. I'll check with the club and see who the owner was. It was a nice example:)

In Ontario if you write down the Vin# you can go to any licensing office and get a history and a list of all the owners at a cost of $20 you may have the same thing in Sask. My experince has been if there is no for sale sign on the Vette forget contacting the owner at that point they think they have something very special and ask silly $$

The forum needs to get buttons or hats, so that when people like paso and
I are at car shows, we can find each other without previously meeting.

That is a great idea or at least drop a line here on the forum if you are going out of area like I did when i went to Nova Scotia I hooked up with Binney 77 and had a great time.
