Passing Gear Cable Adjustment.
Can anyone tell me how you adjust this passing gear cable on a 77 with 350 trans. I installed a new carb and now I have no passing gear.

- pop open the holder (using a flathead screwdriver pry up on the black plastic sleeve thingiee)
- engage the throttle to full.
- while in the full-on position, push the plastic sleeve down into the lock position.
I prefer 3/4 mark instead of full. I don't like having to go full-throttle, just to get kickdown. Some like to back off just a tad from full. Find where you prefer it best.
