What are yall running in the 1/4 mile? I've never ran at a track so I'm a little nervous to try.
Right now I got a 01 ls1 with a t56. Headers, open exhaust,ls6 cam and intake under drive pulley. And toyo tq proxies what should I exspect to run?
I would say that combo is good for low 13s to high 12s depending on the driver, gears and some other factors. Did you change to Ls6 heads as well? Ls cars have very good response to mods if you ever pick up different heads or swap out the cam. I would stick to reving around 6500 in that combo you have.
Stock LS1 heads, TR224/224 cam, F-body manifolds with open dumps, T56, 3.70 rear gear.
Don't be afraid to shift it at 6800 or so.
I dont have a tach yet.. We have the same set up just diff cams and gears

There's no reason for spinning it anymore then that. You won't see anymore power gains unless you swap the intake, cam, and heads. Plus, if you have the stock beehive springs that would be pushing it too much.
