Hi
I received a reproduction window sticker today for my 68 BB convertible.
The dealer is a complete address. Shouldn't it be a code only ?
Wish , I had the original. :mad

Original window stickers during the era your car was built generally had both the zone/dealer code and the address of the selling dealer at the top of the form.
The build order attached to the fuel tank (aka "tank sticker") had only the zone/dealer code number up until about 1973 or so when the dealer name and address was added to this as well. Perhaps someone with original documentation for their '73 can confirm this.
Build orders for other GM cars were different than the Corvette format.
Hi
What else is different between the window and tank sticker ?
Does the tank sticker have more info about options than the window sticker ?
I was under the impression, that both where similar or the same.
It is no problem to get one custom made, I hope the douplicates are somehow different from originals as otherwise, fraud will happen. :mad
Anyway, nice thing to have for shows. :D

Stan, my 74's "build sheet", which I took off of my tank was identical to the "shipper copy" I found under the jack in my car. It too, still had the dealer/zone codes on it.

...
Build order (tank sticker) and the window sticker should show exactly the same options; option code number formats may be different on the build order. Window sticker will include prices; build order will not. Build order may have penciled dates or initials added by employees. Build Sticker would not show destination charges, etc.
