Hi r06,
As 69 said there are aftermarket rear valance panels that have 'ears' on them to fill the part of the void in the quarter panel left from the exhaust bezel.
The problem is they don't fit very well and often require a bit of fiberglass work before painting.
It depends how fussy you are as to how much work needs to be done.
