Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I was up in the air about the paint scheme but went forth with my fingers crossed. I realize it won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I do like how it turned out and everyone that has seen it have seemed to like it as well.

Since you are going modern on the front lighting will you be using the led tailights possibly? I think it would make the car look really good
I thought about LEDS in back. I haven't researched it yet so will probably put the bubble lights back on for now unless I find something I like better
verrrrryyyyyyyyyyy nice man. Went to your website also, I like it when someone records all their hard work. Your engine build is similar to mine (destroked to 377 for a procharger setup)
Will you add any "Race" circle and number on the doors where the paint comes circling back? I think it would really accent the paint scheme and produce a vintage race car look.
Did some reassembling today. Jut the trim around the t-tops, the door handles and locks to install and the exterior will be about complete. All new seals to put on the doors and t-tops as well
That sounds NASTY!!!!!!!!! I wish rear exhaust cars have that exhaust note. Maybe I'm color blind but is that a yellowish color or is it copper. If it is the latter, maybe you can lend your car to Duracell for some commercials.
Thanks Bucky
Thanks BP
Neverfinished I have some headlight pics on line, I'll see if I can post a link tomorrow
Blckslvr I really debated on whether to mold in the rear bumper, I wanted to see how the molding in reverse light worked 1st I need some more pics of the LED rear lights, might be something for a later install, I think wider 18" wheels will be next for the exterior, I feel the back wheels are lagging a bit at this point.
I did all the work myself including priming and then paid a guy to shoot the paint in the paint booth. All in with the HID lights and paint supplies I'd say less than $4000. This was more 1st time sanding, glass work and all so it was slow going.
