Default lower radiator hose help

I have replaced the radiator in my E76 with an aftermarket aluminum radiator. The problem is that the lower hose outlet is not angled up enough to get the hose to go on. I have came up with a few solutions on my own but thought some forum advice was in order. Here are my ideas:

-Buy lower hose for '92 model and cut to fit, only problem is the radiator end of the hose is 1.5 and my rad. outlet is 1.75. Dont think hose will stretch, maybe heatgun would help. lol

-TRY to bend oulet on rad. up little more.

-Use two pieces and connect them with coupling. Probably best choice.

-Buy very expensive corriagted metal flex hose.

-Have exhaust shop bend tubing and use hose and clamps to connect to WP and rad.

I also installed gm serp. brackets and pulleys along with the waterpump, Dont know if that makes a diff. PLEASE HELP! Thanks, Kevin

my first preference would be to go with new flex hose with correct length. make sure you get the one for lower. napa also sells a connection kit but more clamps more chance of leaks. i also agree that you shouldn't try bending anything, also if the hose still come up short, it may work loose from engine vibrations. spend a little more money, new hose, correct length done deal.
