Try tightening it. No bolts should be loose. If its the one I think you need to remove the access plate. You have to get a wrench in behind to hold the bolt. All nuts/bolts should be tight.
Here is what it looks like from the other side. As you can see there are three bolts that hold the motor in place. All need to be tight or the motor gear will will slip eventually destroying your regulator
yes theres two bolts mid way on the door those were alittle loose i tightened them then the one bolt on the bottom of of door right next to the motor its loose and will not tighten so theres a nut on the inside of door? thanks

Correct. There is a nut on the otherside. Its a bit of a pain to get to. There is a "U" bend in the regulator and the nut in buried in behind. You will not be able to ge a socket on it. You need a box wrench. Reach in threw the access door and fell around for it. You need to reach around the back of the power window motor. The long end of the box wrench has to face towards the front of the car....you need to slide it into the "U" channel over the nut and hold it while you tighten the bolt with a socket from the out side.

Also make sure the three bolts you see holding that plate over the gear are tight as well.
