Default HELP in time for the Holidays!!!

Someone please answer this question, I need to know if...

T56 - $1,800 - Entire swap-out kit complete with bellhousing and clutch assy, drive shaft, pedals.

Is a GOOD deal, and will this fit in a 76 Vette?

Any information will be helpful

Looking at getting this started during my holiday break!

It involves a fair amount of work to fit a T56 in a C3 but the end result is worth it. Is this T56 out of a 98+ f-body car? I think the LT1 T56 will fit also but I'm not sure. Make sure the pedals are from a C3 also. Anything else might be a waste of $.

LT1 T56 should fit, and bolt right up to your SBC. Even easier if you have a 1 piece rear main seal (factory flywheel from the LT1 will bolt up, otherwise you may need a conversion flywheel)

the guys selling it from a 80-82 Vette, he also has a 454 forged(taken apart cause he was going to clean up) but everyone knows kids come into the picture. Now, the guys gotta sell.
A all too similar story for many of you guys here. Not interested in the BBC, but rather the trans being that I was gonna purchase a TKO. But, with all the stories I've heard, not sure I wanna go that route. Besides, this is 1800 dollars cheaper!
