Tail/Stop Light Issues
When brakes are applied, the right Stop Lamp will come on but the left will not.
When parking lights are on, the left side will light normally but the right side is fully lit up.
I swapped the light bulbs and this had no effect. I replaced the left side bulb socket and this had no effect either. I checked the ground wire connection on the frame and it is solid and clean. STOP/Haz fuse is Ok.
Any other suggestions?

Could be your turn signal switch. All of the brake and turn signal wires run through the turn signal switch. If there is any slop in the turn signal switch or it doesn't click solidly when you turn either direction something may have broken/fallen apart in the switch.
If you do a search you will probably find some troubleshooting instructions, but if you have to repalce the switch it's not nearly as bad as you would think. The switch itself isn't terribly expensive from Willcox and a couple of rented tools from the auto parts store will get you down to the switch in the column.
Make sure you order one of these also:

They always fall apart when you try to remove them.
