Total Seal Rings
I started this smallblock buildup a year ago for a friend then it stopped when He ran out of cash to get all the bits. Its back on now, but Im a bit rusty on which rings are which. Total seal rings, both compression rings are marked TS 4035.
Both have a 45 degree bevel on the inside. One ring has a shiny face the other doesnt. The ring with shiny face has bevel towards lettering the dk face ring has bevel on opposite side from lettering. No dots on either ring.
Local shop gapped the rings, dk face ring is 5thou bigger so I assume its the top ring and it sits with bevel facing up while the shiny ring is second ring and has bevel facing down. Am I right?

The risk of failure is too high on something like this to just guess.
