What's the secret for getting the seat adjustment spring on? No matter what i do i can't seem to get it on. I'm taking about the spring that attaches to the track on one end and the seat adjustment rod on the other.
Hi Paul,
I'd make a hook out of a coat hanger.
Put the end of the spring that attaches to the track in place and then use the hook to pull the other end of the spring far enough to get it into the bracket on the lever. I'd put the hook into one of the last of the spring's coils, not into the loop that goes through the bracket.
Regards,
Alan

I ran into same problem and used needle nose pliers.
