Gasket Material Help
I am working on my DD and it is a 93. I pulled the throttle body and it tore the gasket. I have called several parts stores in my area and this gasket is not carried by any of them. My plan at this point is to make my own gasket. What kind of gasket material do you guys recommend for making a gasket for the throttle body?

When real stuck I have hammered out gaskets with File folder paper 3 to 4 thick then a bit of permatex sprayed over them yes very crude but still running.

Auto parts stores should have gasket material in a sheet. Ask them to pull any Throttle body gasket they have off the shelf, or bring your old gasket and then compare it to the gasket sheets they have in stock and get the one that looks and feels the closest.
