69BB Heater Hose Connection Question
I am going to be replacing the heater hose connections on my 69BB when I flush the coolant this year. The existing intake connection has a 90 degree bend in it. The AIM, and most similar engines I've looked at, have a straight connection coming out of the intake. The existing water pump connection is for a 3/4" hose instead of a 5/8" hose.
The question I have is, is there any recommendations on thread treatment for the new connectors? Teflon tape? Anti Sieze?
