can anyone help me with this part. its a metal disk with a rubber gasket around it. It fits between the brake booster and m/c, and the plunger passes through it.
I need to replace the rubber, but its not available at the parts store.
Is this a stock (76) booster? Could the parts guy at the dealer get one?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey '75, Must've been a good day for you with those Packers getting by the Bears yesterday. Good luck in the playoffs. Maybe we'll see you in the championship game.
If that seal was ruined by brake fluid leaking out of the rear of the master cylinder the chances are pretty good that fluid also got into the booster and may have damaged the diaphragm in there. As much of a pain as it is to change the booster you might need to do that. I would try the seal first though to see if things work OK.
