Header Installation Tips?
Does anybody have any good tips on installing header to ensure that there are no leaks. Is there a tightening sequence? Thanks

I don't understand the problem with header leaks. I either never have them or can't hear them over the noise of the motor.
A flat true header flange a new Felpro gasket and heads that are clean and I just use ordinary $10 header bolts.

Percy's multi layer gaskets and Stage 8 bolts
Used both on my 78' and haven't had a leak in 5 years of use.

I use dead-soft aluminum gaskets on the collectors to prevent blowouts.

Yeah I use those aluminum collector gaskets they work great, I have had leaks there before I started using them, and they can be used over and over
