Engine rebuild

I have a 1975 vette. The motor has not been started in 25 years. What kind of work should be done on it. Would it need rebuilt?

You can still get it to ready to start condition, but it's gonna take allot of work. more then i can cover here. you need someone with some very good car working experience to help you on this one. the one thing you must do is open each cylinder and squirt about a table spoon of oil in each cylinder, then Per oil it with a preoiler hooked to a strong power drill for about 5 mins, then turn it over by hand at the crank, all the plugs removed, that's the core to protect the rotating assembly from damage at start up. hopefully, more experienced writers will flesh out the other details.
