Default Empty brake system

I finally have the frozen wheel spinning again on my '69, thanks for all of the advice. Definately need new rotors and calipers. The brake system was dry so I flushed the lines with new fluid, installed new master cylinder and proceeded to bleed the system. I have fluid running to both rear calipers but none to either front. Pulled line at master cylinder and it is pumping from both chambers.
Any advice on what my issue could be. I have located the distribution or proportioning valve which branches off to the brake lines and it is getting fluid.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

your flex lines may have come apart inside and are blocked

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it?

But is fluid going through it? If it is then it's probably the rubber hoses.

dburgjohn has the right track.... After that long without fluid, the rubber lines at each wheel will be shot. They must be replaced before taking a risk with that car. Also, when bleeding the system, you must work the brake pedal S-L-O-W-L-Y or the trip valve in the P-valve will lockout one half of the system. To do it correctly, you are supposed to use a little bolt to keep that valve from actuating while bleeding the brakes. But, working the pedal slowly down, and up, during bleeding, you can prevent that valve from causing that problem.

You may not need rotors. If minimal thickness and run out meets specs, clean up your originals.
