clutch / trans problems

I am working on a 75' that has not been started for 7 years. I got the engine running and the cooling systems works now. I finally got the brake system done over the weekend.

Today I started it up and shifted through the gears. It didn't engage and when I took my foot off the brake nothing happened.

I would assume that the clutch is stuck after all these years or is the (automatic) trans itself?

Any input is appreciated.

Low fluid level ?

Thanks but fluid should be good.
just changed transmission fluid and filter a few weeks ago.

You can't be sure the level is correct until you start the engine.
