No I haven't , but the 68 wiper motor is "68 only" so if their computer says the part number is for other years also, it's not the right wiper motor. Many 68 parts are 68 only. You would be better served going to Willcox (a forum supporter) for something as special as a wiper motor.
hello 76,ya im aware of the 68 only issue on most parts, and i really doubt autozone will be the answer.i always deal with willcox, they are always very helpful.but i will call to see if it fits other years, then ill have more info, good idea 76,thanks,tom

Have you bench tested the motor yet? I've always maintained that 95 percent of the cores returned to us are good working motors!
hi earnie,no i havent tested the motor yet,but i was told from p.o. that it does work.im still looking for that elucive terminal board, with no luck.plus im doubting i would be able to properly install it,so i was hoping someone might have tried an autozone motor, and had good luck with it. it would make my search easier and cheaper with a local store.but in the end,im sure ill be getting one from you guys. thanks again, talk to you soon, tom
You should be able to find this on just about any old style wiper motor from say 1968-1975 passenger car. If its the resistor that damaged you can just replace it. You just have to be careful not to melt the plastic that holds the terminals when you solder it in place.
