Default Upper Control Arm Install Question

I removed the upper control arms and had new bushings installed and not sure which is left hand and which right hand. Can someone please post a picture of a correctly installed upper control arm on a 73

Default upper control arms

You will find that a correctly installed upper control arm will have the mounting surface for the ball joint (roughly) level with the ground and parallel with the top surface of the spindle. If you reverse L & R, the ball joint mounting surface will be tilted quite a bit. Also, your caster angle will be miles from where it needs to be.

The longest edge of the control arm is facing towards the front of the car.

Here you go. Ball joint tilts toward the rear.
