Take the air cleaner off and have someone crank the car. You should see fuel spraying from the injectors on to the throttle plates. If not, remove the fuel line and crank again. If still no fuel check for power to the pump, you can access it under the fuel door. If you have power going to the pump and its not pumping, the pump is bad. Its been awhile since I've replaced one, but I think it was fairly easy to replace.

When you turn the key to on you should hear the pump kick in for about 2 seconds. The noise will come from behind. Immediately after you should hear a noise from the injectors for about 2 seconds. When you kick it over the injectors should sray.

Pour a bir of gas down through the injectors and see if it kicks over and runs for a few seconds.
