The Performer ports are not the same size as a Performer RPM.

Good catch, I was mixing up the two. Maybe the RPM has more material around the ports then.

I have the IK-180s port-matched to the Performer RPM intake and realized a huge difference over stock! Part of the reason I went with Brodix was the customer support they provided before the purchase. I am a big fan.

Glad to see you guys looking at port dimensions etc. You will gain very little just changing the heads and nothing else. Matching components is the key.

For example if you had a stock L48 and want a little more power and go with bigger / better heads you need a matching intake and a cam that matches the intake / head combo. A header upgrade would also be beneficial
