I used a 1" brush and a small 4" roller. No overspray and controlled application for the upper header above the headlight mounting tabs. With masking tape and a mirror to see it worked well.
I must warn you guys do not get the por 15 on your skin my dad got it on his skin 15 years ago and just had a cancer spot removed in the same spot he got it on his skin WARE GLOVES !!!! NO JOKE
throw away brush, rubber gloves, long sleeve shirt and a hat.that is some tough stuff to get off skin and out of hair,if you don't get it off before it dries its with you a long while.
I bought the thinner for it and sprayed it , comes out nice . Just be careful of the overspray , you can " NOT " I repeat " NOT " remove it if you get it on any other part of you car. Buffing compound won't even do it. Once it's on it's on and that's what you want it to do unless you get it on something that you don't want it on. I find it much more durable than powder coat. Another word of caution, wipe your can lid of any Por-15 before you close it , if you seal the top with any por-15 under the lid you will never open that can again I purchase small 1 pint cans so that there will not be any waste if I forget to get the paint off of the lid before I seal it , I had to throw a 1/2 quart can away because the lid would not come off.

Sandwich a freezer baggie between the lid and can when you close it.
I never even opened the lid on mine... I just used the suggestion of another forum member and used metal roofing screws (ones with the rubber gasket) and drilled two holes (one for air one for pour) works great and keeps the air exposure of the whole can of material fresh longer

DAMN!!! Wish I'd read these two cans ago. I used a foam brush on my whole frame. A quart was more than enough. Works great. I'm going to patch a crack along the bottom of the driver side firewall where if meets the metal floor pan with their patch cloth and POR-15.
