I would change the oil and filter and add some engine flush...run it up and then change the oil and filter again. Engine bearings do not like ethylene glycol at all. Get that glycol flushed outta there!

I'd stay away from engine flush, it can break stuff loose that can find it's way into tiny oil passages. Tranny fluid is high detergent and works better, IMHO, don't use more than a quart, though.
I've had this happen a few times, I use naphtha or paint thinner to wash out the lifter valley. Let it set overnight, the antifreeze will end up at the bottom of the pan and will all drain out with the oil. A few drops of antifreeze aren't going to hurt anything, do a short change if it makes you feel better.
Now a bunch of antifreeze in the oil of a running engine, that's another story altogether. Ask anyone who's had a vortec engine develop their common intake gasket problem and lost bearings because of it.
