Intake manifold sealant?

Intake manifold sealant?
Hi guys,
Just a quick question: Do you need to put thread sealant on any of the intake mani bolts?
The 4 corners of mine seem like they are blind to the water jacket, not penetrating, and can't remember if they should or not.
Or, the other bolts that penetrate into the crankcase? Do you put sealant on them to keep the oil splash from creeping up the bolts to the outside?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I just can't seem to remember right now!
I know you should put some on the head bolts, but the intake escapes me!

On my 79 I did not put rtv on the bolts and oil came up through a couple and antifreeze in a couple of others. Took them out, put black high temp sealant on them and no leaks now. Not sure on a 73 though.
