Rack Attack install - passenger side mount
Has anyone else had problems with this?
Based the instructions, you just add the mounts and install it into the car.
On the passenger side, there is a small pipe that runs along the top that directly interferes with where the mount goes.
Is this common, are people just bending the pipe?

I have installed 5 of these on various year C3s. Never had this issue. I can't picture how yours is in the way. Something is not correct. Any way you can post a picture of it?
My car is not here but I did look at a picture of one I did about a year ago. I see what you are talking about now. Yes just push the line up and out of the way a little. It may have gotten slightly bent when shipped to you.
This is the one you are talking about. The picture is a little off due to the angle of the camera. It is close but not rubbing anything. That part of the rack does not move so it can be a tight fit

You just put the rubber mount under the line and attached the clamp, the hard hydraulic line was not in the way?
If so, then I do have a problem, the hose is about an inch from the rack where I need to attach the rubber bushing
I'll post a pic as soon as I'm in the garage.
