Default Help decoding rear end

Could someone help me decode this rear. I believe it is from a 78.
This is what is on the bottom of the rear housing.

LRW 028 E1

Thanks,
Joe

Not sure but think LR is a 3.36 diff, not from a 78 though, possibly 71-75 but im sure someone who really knows will chime in soon.

The code for 78's started with the letter "O"

Looks like this is a 3.36 Eaton, made on the 1st shift at the Warren plant on the 28th day of the year.

LR is the code for 71-75 3:36 posi, and possibly 76-77 (Corvette Parts Books list both LR & OM as 3:36 posi for these years). OM is the code for 78-79 3:36 posi's.
