I had posted on the car care forum about how to take the "white fog" out of my convertible top rear window. I rarely ever drive with the top up but just in case I get cought in a rain shower I wanted to be able to see out the back window. My window was very "fogged over" and I might as well have had a piece of plywood back there because I couldn't see worth a damn out of it. I posted this on the car care forum and a guy from a company called Advanced Car Care Products said he had just the stuff I needed and sent me some free samples (thats my price.....free). Well this stuff actually works. It is called Formula 113 website is Formula 113 ( EDIT I don't know why the forum changes the url to ******'s that is why I removed the dots, the www and put a space between formula and 113....there is no space in the URL What up with this MOD's??????). It took all of the white fog out of my window and I can actually see out of it now. Not that it is crystal clear but if somone is behind me I could make out the model of car now. My top is in bad shape and I plan on replacing it next year so this stuff is just a stop-gap until then. I just wanted everyone to know that it works so if you have a good top but your rear window is slightly discolored then you might want to give it a try.

hmm... tail light cover lenses? wonder if it will work
Good show andies... we need all the info we can get
After you mentioned this I went out and tried it. It did OK but had to rub ALOT. I got sick of rubbing so I broke out the dremel tool. I used a soft buffing wheel and speed #1 on the dremel............WOW now I have new tail light lens covers. I even had my wife (who is a wonderful woman but brain dead when it come to things like this) come out and I asked her which lens looked better and she pointed to the one that had been polished and said....How much did you spend on the new light?????????? :D :D :D :D
