Default Break-in oil, how long?

My engine has about 15 miles on it after the intial start up break-in,how long do most of you leave it in before changing it out?
I didnt use any of the grey moly lube assembling the engine, just the cam break-in lube and a bottle of Jegs break-in additive, oil looks clear and clean.

Recommended Crate engine start up Procedure.. Run engine between 2,000 and 2,500 RPM with no load on the engine for the first 30 minutes, adjust the distributor timing. & carburetor settings. After the first 30 minutes of the engine running, set the ignition timing. Drive the vehicle with varying speeds and loads on the engine for the first 30 miles. No high RPM. Run a couple hard throttle accelerations up to about 5,000 RPM 55 to 60 MPH. Change the oil and filter. Drive the next 500 miles normally, without high RPM's below 5,000 RPM or hard use or extended periods of high loading. Change the oil and filter again. Your engine is now ready for many happy cruising miles. Hope this helps. Have a great one. Gene
