Default moog or not moog?

just got these delivered from amazon and they don't look like a quality product nor do they have the manufacturers brand on them anywhere.i went through this with a window regulator, dorman, and a hub bearing assembly, bca, for my intrigue that were not branded.the bca bearing was made in korea and the window regulator was from china.these ball joints don't move smoothly in their sockets either.i will not install these in my car and i am becoming very frustrated with the purchase of replacement parts.i pay extra and get this.the box says moog but what do you guy's think?

I bought a front end suspension kit from one of the supporting vendors before I new about the moog parts. I think the lower ball joints were TRW, if that sounds right. But I am pretty sure the upper ball joints were made off shore, maybe china. They will probably wear out sooner than a genuine moog part. I remember the upper ball joints bolts that came in the package were metric... what does that tell ya. And they had different size heads on the bolts. One of them broke when I torqued them down. So I replaced all 6 upper ball joint bolts/nuts with a grade 5 or 6 standard. If you put less than a 1000 miles or so a year on your car, I would not break yer *** searching all over for those parts. On the other hand I wouldnt have anything but the best for the engine, trans, cooling and the rearend if possible.

I installed my parts back around May.....no they didn't seem crude at all, certainly better made than the ones I removed, and had no problems at all installing them

The components I replaced I had installed back in 2002...this was before my Forum days, so I didn't know what all my options were, I just took whatever came in the kit and installed them. Fast forward to last April, during our cruise to Southern Cal, I noticed a knock coming from the front end during turns, and traced the problem to the pass side upper ball joint. When I got home I did a forum search on Moog and where to get thier parts.....that's where I got the idea from to buy from Amazon.....no problems so far!

glad your install went well and your back on the road.there is nothing wrong with my ball joints but i figured i would damage them while i'm replacing the a frame bushings.maybe i was expecting too much for twice the price.
