I had a spreader bar on my wish list, and after reading your post ordered the Shark Bite Spreader from Speed Direct. Brown dropped the package off last night. The package was so light, I wondered if they had actually packed my parts. All the pieces look very well engineered. I can't wait to install it.

Get that glass Fuel filter off there now!!!!
You wouldn't believe the number of car fires that are caused by them.

Yes Sir; Had to remove my Air cond. Compressor because the bolt was turning. Couldn't get a wrench in behind to hold it. Also had to remove a brace from the air setup, which had a belt protector. Took a little longer than the hour. LOL Have a great weekend Gene

What cut-off valve do you have on that heater hose.

Ha, the box they shipped mine in could have held 5 spreader bar kits at least...packaging clearly not an issue with speed direct. thats like 2 or 3 spreader bar kits ordered since I posted this, I should be getting a cut from speed direct

I have the aluminum filter and new new hard lines and have moved it up to the top of my to do list. Thanks for the input.
The heater hose ball valve is from the local home improvement store in the plumbing section.

Seat of the pants impression is a noticable improvement in turn in and steering response, also the front end seems a bit stiffer over bumps
Agreed! Have it on for about half a year now, very satisfied. Except for wanting to upgrade the rear as well now...

Yes Sir; The valve in the heater lines make a lot of difference. The small line takes a 3/4 " Pex water pipe valve, the big line takes a 1 " Pex water pipe valve. You can close them both off, or just one. Have a great weekend. Gene
