Default fuel metering connector?

I have a two-wire connector on the passenger side of the engine bay (green and black) that I believe is for fuel metering. My Rochester Q (original) seems to be hiding the receptacle from me.

'80 L48 matching #'s

Can someone tell me where it connects?

Much thanks

Fuel metering on an '80????? Are you sure it's not the connector for the aux electric fan.

I hope this works

The only 80 Vettes that have the electronic controlled carbs are California cars.
That connector that you are holiding looks like the AC compressor clutch connector.
It is definitely not a connector for an electronically controlled carb metering solenoid.

That's for the AC compressor...
