I think I put 15,000 on this past year (first year of ownership). Only car. I expect to continue the tradition of driving her every chance I get. But, I should drop to half that, since I'm moving to Mississippi in 2 months.
Within the last 12 months I drove my 68 for 5100 miles (since July 01 - when I got the car back from the bodyshop) and 3500 on my 80 Duntov - so a total of 8600 miles with my C3's
For the first 6 years I owned it, about 8k/yr.
For the last 2 years, about 5k/yr.
I use it as a daily driver, but I've had it up on jack stands doing several projects (very slowly  ) the last couple of years, and I've been babying it a little by driving it on mostly nice weather days.
Well, I put a brand new speedometer in about 4 years ago. It currently reads 21xx miles :( . The next time I decide to change something else, I should be slapped. Cars are for driving, not constantly working on.
21,000 per year. Anyone beat that? Been doing that for the 5 years I have owned it. BTW, the Crossfire has not stumbled once during that time due to the crossfire. So much for that "rumor". Fast? Have you tried to race in traffic?
