Default Need Help with my lights

Whats up guys I am new to this form. I have a 75 stingray and I am having issues with my lights staying opened. I think I messed them up but any Ideas would be appreciated. Basically whats going on is I manually opened my lights by pushing them up from under the car while it was off. But now my head lights stay open all the time. I have crawled under my car and manually closed my lights but when ever I start up my car they open up automatically. There is no change If I have the headlight switch on or off. They worked perfect until I opened them by hand. Is it possible That I got them out of timing or stroke???? I don't know much about the headlight system. Any suggestions???????
Thanks, Pete

No damage should occur by moving them manually. Check the small signal hose. When that hose is removed it will cause the HL to stay up. You probably knocked that off.

Check the over ride switch under the steering column.
