How to remove ECM plate on a 82

Default How to remove ECM plate on a 82
I want to change the fuel pump relay on my wife's 82. It is behind the plate that holds the ECM. I can get at the bottom screws but the top ones come in from the passenger compartment side.
Do I have to take the rug up to get at the heads or am I missing something?

the fuel pump relay is behind the passenger seat. remove the storage bin. easy change. Get the new one first.

behind the ecm is the esc module I believe
