Phoenix, AZ area Engine Builder?

NOM 454 currently in the car. My diesel truck could beat it any day. This is a weekend driver that will probably never see a track.

Overall it was a good engine for the price. The guy is very disorganized and will push you aside week after week if you don't hound his *** on a daily basis.
Took him a month and a half to get mine done. But I did get it back, and the quality was acceptable.
He doesn't have a website. Here's the contact info:

Make sure you work a deal to only pay a deposit for parts and not labor, otherwise you'll get backburnered and be waiting forever for an engine.
