Default Running much better

So I put some RTV on the intake bolt that I pulled out earlier that had carb cleaner on it. Tightened the 2 intake bolts back down that I pulled out and proceeded to re-time and adjust fuel mixture.

Base timing (idling ~1000 RPM) was around 14*. All in by about 2,500 RPM around 31-32*. Hooked vacuum advance back up and timing went to about 31-32*. Forgot to check total timing

Adjusted fuel mixture to get ~18-19 hg. Idling very steady at 1,000 RPM now. Drove it for about 15 minutes all over town and on the backroads.

Still feels like it is a little down on power and may have a slight miss still, but is no longer backfiring when I drive it.

I still need to put the headers on, as I'm sure that will wake it up, but I don't want to do that until I break-in the engine because they are ceramic coated headers.

Do you think I should advance a little more?

I just posted on your other thread about the plugs. You can advance your timing until it starts to ping and then back it off a bit, or becomes hard to start. This will bring it to life.
