Just 2c, your injectors are fed through the fuses to the injector, the injector is pulsed with a ground by the ECM. You can check this pulse by using your test light, Discinnect the connector of one injector then connect the test lead to the wire that is hot(white or red) and the other end to the other wire. you should get a flash as the ECM grounds the circuit while cranking the engine. Caution don't do this more than the time it takes to witness the flash. If there is a flash you should have a working system, if no flash there is a possible ECM problem.
The wire you repaired in the batt compt, orange with a 20a fuse also feeds the ECM and the fuel pump relay and oil pressure switch.
Are you sure the pump is wired correctly it will run in backward if the polarity is reversed. You should have a good 12v signal at the pump.
Not yet. It started raining when I had a chance to work on it. First time in 2 months it rained. I am goint to heck the continuity of the injector wires on Wednesday. I have no pulse to the injectors as of right now. The pump is pumping. The fuses are good. It looks like it might be the ECM I think.

Quit likely the ECM if the wires check out. No reason for one to fire and not the other. They should pulse.
ECM's are cheap. I think you can still get them from Auto Zone for about $150.

My offer to try my spare ECM still stands if you need to go that route.
Thanks to all that have helped me on this. All issues led to the Ecm so I replaced it. Did not fix the problem so did some more tests and found the problem in the distributor. The plastic piece that held the wires in place was gone and the wires were not on the right terminals. Fixed that and tested again and found the module in the distributor was bad. Replaced it and it fired up. Once again thanks for the help.

Glad you're back on the road. I never thought it could have been in the distributor. FWIW I also have a new module we could have tried had we known earlier.
