flashers on 1970

having signal light problems. are there two flashers, one for 4 way and one for signal? my 4 ways work fine but no signal lights. can only find one flasher in fuse box, which pulses on 4 way. do both operate off same flasher? gary

signal flasher should be behind passenger dash pad hanging from wiring harness.

Hi ,
HHF is right.
I'll add that there should be a clip on the back of the dash pad for the flasher to fit in so it's not just hanging.
