I've answered enough questions to be able to ask a stupid question.
Where is the nuetral safety switch on an '80 stick car where you have to push your foot down on the clutch before it will start and is it adjustable ?

I would assume it is the same on the 80s. This is an earlier C3 but I think they are all the same. I would think the only adjustment would be to tweak the little rod some.

Nice pic Gordon.
The rod is hidden some, in this shot and just more reference.
Use a ohm meter to test where the contact makes/break when moving switch lever; will give indication of any adjustment.

You are both correct... 1993495 switch was used from 1969-1981

I was able to wedge myself between the door, seat, clutch & brake pedal to notice that there are no wires on the switch. Anyone have a close up. Is it two separate wires that attach to the prongs or a plastic plug? I need to go back under and look for the missing wires

I'm pretty sure the wires were yellow and purple... they should be in a connector, two wire that is spaced just like the two terminals.

Either keep your cell phone with you (in case you need someone to pry you out
) or remove the seat first.
