Default Wiper speeds

On the c3 we have 2 speeds for the wipers low and hi, since i just put in a new wiper motor i wondered why not 3 or 4 speeds.

Hey lets go for the intermediate wipers also, any suggestions about converting to a different wiper motor and or converting the electronics to achieve this?

You can probably buy an aftermarket delay intermittent wiper kit, I've never tried this but I'm sure it will work.

The stock motor only has two speeds because it is a two field motor....

You can make anything work depending on the time and $ you want to spend. How often do you drive your C3 in the rain?

I think it would be nice if it was just a light rain and you
could put the wipers on intermitent, don't you: cool:

Thank you all who responded, not a daily driver but i do drive it all year long, rain or snow, no problem.

Have narrowed it down to the JcWhitney aftermarket intermittent delay wiper kit. They have two types, one has a mist option.

I will be using this one.

The enclosure looks big, so we will just take the electronics and find a place for them.

May take awhile to get to this project, oil pan gasket, 3 brake calipers and new pads, and stripping the car and new ft bumper then a paint.

I will post when i get working with info and or pics.
