Just got tired of the stupid black ball, its an auto, turbo 400, and a shift kit.
Works great, lots better.

Didn't think any body would notice that its an automatic. With the plastic slide plate gone and a 4 speed shift boot in its place at first glance it looks like a stick.
The shaft coming up is 5/8 fine thread, the reverse/park button is 1/4 20 thread. Just duplicate the specs from the black ball over to whatever you want for a shifter.
Had the B&M left over from another project, but wanted to do a hurst ****.
Used a bridge port for the removal of the slide plate metal, and ordered a stick shift boot and adapted it to the console .
Stuff needed are 5/8 fine thread bottom tap and bottom drill for the button hole. Practice on some old stuff first, took me three tries before i finally got it. Used the old spring and button .
