Passenger window won't go down?
So last night I went into town and decided to take the top off and roll the windows down. But my passenger window wouldn't roll down. I have an 82 and the owner before me said that they just put new window motors in right before I bought it in March. The driver window rolled down slower than normal, but it at least went. The passenger one won't budge. And I noticed that when I pressed the button to roll it down, any other lights that were on in the car would dim. Headlights, radio, speedometer, anything that was lit up would go dim. Anybody have any ideas on the problem and solutions?

Sounds like your getting power to the motor. One common cause of what your describing is a bound up motor,usually due to a broken mount at the bottom of the window regulator or a missing bolt allowing the regulator to move away from the inner door panel thus binding the mechanism. Or a bad motor or poorly grounded motor.
