Default ZL-1 stripes

Where can I find ZL-1 stripes for my 73? I know they were made for a bumper car. Pro Cal is close by they do most of the Sprint Cup cars could they fabricate them for me?

The zl1 stripe was painted on. If you look in the '69 assembly instruction manual it gives all the dimensions for the stripe on the yellow zl1 car. I'm sure you could get a decal made using those measurements if thats what you want. The white zl1 has different striping but I don't know of any official listing of the measurements. They could be reproduced using some good photos and taking some measurements from your car, but again it was originally painted.

The NCRS had a write up on the Yellow Car about 5 years ago. A Car Nut was working in the Transportation Industry and Photographed the Car when it had some 1200 Miles on it. Interesting the Pin Stripe above the main Stripe was a bit short of the Emblem in front. The Restored Car has it going under the Emblem.

You're probably going to have to tweek it anyway due to the extra length of the rubber bumper. Take a pic of the ZL1 and your car to the shop, have him take some measurements and have at it. /:\
