While the carbed crate motor will be cheaper/easier to do the FI of an LS motor will be better able to handle whatever crap the gub'ment says we must use for fuel. Carbs were never meant to run on ethanol. I suppose it depends on how many miles you plan on driving your toy every year. /:\

Actually, some CF members have their carb tuned to run e85 to help w/ their high compression, but a LS would do better with variations in ethanol content with reg gas ranging from 5-10% currently with proposed increase to 20+%
